On 29th September, Elisabeth Leonskaja was awarded the prestigious Wigmore Hall Medal, marking her long association with the venue . The medal was presented by John Gilhooly, Wigmore Hall’s Artistic director, following Elisabeth Leonskaja’s sold-out performance of the last three Schubert Sonatas.
